Privacy policy

Who we are

Maison VII ("we", "us") provides private automotive stewardship in Canada. Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@maisonvii.ca.

What we collect

When you submit our enquiry form we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and any details you choose to add about your collection. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to proceed, to provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your information.

Who processes it

Enquiries are sent to Guidly (Guidly Booking Inc., guidly.ca), the client-management and booking platform we use to keep track of enquiries and appointments. Guidly stores the information with its database provider and, depending on how our account is configured, may share it with the calendar, video-meeting, messaging, email and CRM tools we connect to it. When we arrange a service for you, we share only the details a supplier needs — for example a specialist workshop, transporter or storage facility. Some of these providers may store data outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to serve you, or up to 24 months after our last contact if you do not become a client, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing privacy@maisonvii.ca. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
